This tool pulls live data from Reddit to show you subscriber counts, community age, and how active each subreddit is. Use it to find the best audience for your content before you spend time writing a post.

Compare audience size

Larger subreddits have more potential viewers but also more competition. Smaller communities offer fewer eyes but higher engagement rates. Comparing them side by side helps you pick the sweet spot for your content.

Check community health

Older, established subreddits tend to have consistent moderation and active communities. Newer ones might be growing fast but could also be abandoned. Age and subscriber count together give you a quick health check.

How to use this tool

  1. Enter 2 or 3 subreddit names without the "r/" prefix. For example, type "startups" not "r/startups".
  2. Click "Compare Communities." The tool fetches live data from Reddit, routed through residential proxies to avoid rate limits. Takes 15-30 seconds.
  3. Review the side-by-side cards. Each shows subscriber counts, community age, and title.
  4. The highlight at the top calls out which community is largest and oldest.

When to compare subreddits
