Our data collection is incredibly minimal. We only store emails about users, nothing else.Your email is strictly used for authentication and to send you critical updates regarding your subscription (such as billing receipts and account access codes). We do not collect names, locations, browsing histories, or behavioral tracking metrics.

2. Extension Data

When you use the Reddit Karma Builder Chrome extension, the extension reads the Reddit thread you are currently viewing to generate relevant context-aware drafts using AI. This data is transmitted securely to our servers solely for the purpose of generating the comment draft, and is discarded immediately after the completion of the AI request. We do not retain logs of your Reddit browsing history or the contents of your generated comments.

3. Data Protection

We use standard encryption protocols to protect your email address. Payments are handled securely entirely by our payment provider (Airwallex); we never touch or see your full credit card details.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following trusted third-party services to operate:

• Resend: Used to deliver login verification codes via email.
• Airwallex: Used to securely process subscription payments.
• DeepInfra / OpenAI / Anthropic: Used to process the thread context and return AI-generated drafts. No personally identifiable information is sent to these models.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you via the email address you provided us. Your continued use of the service constitutes agreement with our updated policy.
