How do I install the Karma Builder extension?

Visit the Chrome Web Store listing, click "Add to Chrome," and follow the prompts. The extension works on any Chromium-based browser including Chrome, Brave, and Edge.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the extension's settings panel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or minimum commitments.

Does Karma Builder work on Firefox?

Karma Builder is currently Chrome-only. Firefox support is on the roadmap but not yet available. The extension relies on Chrome's Debugger API, which Firefox does not expose the same way.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with full access to all features: unlimited comment drafts, all tone presets, and natural typing simulation. No credit card required.

Can I use Karma Builder on multiple devices?

Your subscription covers one Chrome profile. You can install the extension on multiple computers as long as you're signed into the same Chrome profile and using the same Karma Builder account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Airwallex, our payment processor. Your card is billed monthly starting after the trial period ends.
